Tannat
in Transition

The Cinoco site in Molenbeek, located on Quatre Vents Street, is a project in a unique location in the dynamic municipality of Saint-Josse-ten-Noode. The area is characterized by a blend of economic and residential functions.

Revive will redevelop Cinoco, a former wine distributor, and rename it Tannat. Tannat comes from a delicate grape variety that ages well, which is also our ambition for this site.

Location

A location in Brussels has never been more accessible. Tannat is a stone’s throw away from the West Station, a central hub for trains, metro, tram, and bus. It is also a crucial link for the future connection between Brussels North and Brussels South, as well as for trains on the Regional Express Network (RER). Last but not least, there is a Villo bike rental point nearby and several parking facilities.

History

Early 20th century: Brasserie Vandeheuvel – brewery

Late 20th century: Cinoco – distribution of wines and spirits

2020: A mixed sustainable residential and work project made from innovative timber framing with … a school+Ekla is coming to the site.

PURPOSE

PURPOSE

At Tannat, living and working will blend together. On the ground floor of the building, we have designated an entirely economic base dedicated to local entrepreneurs. Three themes are being focused on, carefully chosen and in line with the economy of Molenbeek: education/training, making/producing, and food/nutrition.
